Chalet Vieux-Bisse

Chalet Vieux Bisse is a quaint period Swiss chalet built in 1961. Set away from the road, it offers unrivaled views over the valley.

The chalet was originally built as two apartments currently used as one dwelling. However, it would be very easy to go back to two apartments.

The entrance is located on the first floor; a corridor opens onto the main reception room. This has generous proportions which make it comfortable and spacious.
The first floor has an office, a TV room and a guest bathroom. The master bedroom is located on this floor. It has an en-suite bathroom, numerous cupboards and a sauna.
Above the reception room on the second floor are two double bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of which is en-suite, with storage space.
The ground floor has a large dining room, again with a pleasant south orientation. French windows open onto the wooded and totally private garden. Two double bedrooms and a bathroom as well as a staff area (one double bedroom with its own bathroom) complete this level.

On the lower ground floor, you will find a large bedroom with a view of the mountains and its adjoining bathroom, as well as a guest WC.

A second independent two-storey chalet is located at the entrance of the property. The upper floor, at road level, offers a garage with space for two cars. Below there is a large open room with patio doors.
This can be used as a games room or could easily be converted into a guest house with a double bedroom and a bathroom.
