The house is located in the hamlet Undri Egga above the mountain village Embd in a quiet and sunny location with a wide panoramic view. The house can be reached in summer and winter by car and public transport.

The 6 1/2-room house is in very good condition, with wooden floors in the rooms, plates in the kitchen area and bathroom. A beautiful fireplace in the corner gives a cozy ambience in the winter months.

The forecourt and the surrounding area are very well-kept and quiet.
