Entrance to the property is at roof height level with a two-car garage and front hall.
Le lower floors are accessed by elevator and staircases for added convenience.

The first floor is the day area: open plan kitchen facing dining room, double bedroom with shower room and the living room. An apex roof, double height ceiling and fireplace make for a luxurious and welcoming atmosphere.

The ground floor includes a large double bedroom with bathroom and dressing room as well as the wellness area with pool and hammam.

The mezzanine has space for three spacious bedrooms, each with terrace access.

All floors are easily reached by elevator and have large balconies or terraces providing stunning views of the surrounding mountains and the ski runs close by the chalet.


THE PROJECT

The Chalets Adélaïde concept was created and designed by local architects with vast experience of the region. Using locally sourced, authentic, quality materials, the chalets and apartments will reflect all the Alpine values that make Grimentz so unique.

Grimentz is one of the best known ski resorts in the Valais region. Situated at an altitude of 1572 metres, it forms part of the Val d'Anniviers resort area. With 220 kilometres of marked ski slopes and more than 44 ski lifts, Grimentz is a paradise for ski enthusiasts, from beginners to “free riders”.
