The old village exudes the authentic charm of the Anniviard villages. A few minutes by car are enough to reach one of the 4 other resorts in the valley: Zinal, Saint-Luc, Chandolin and Vercorin. Sierre is 20 minutes and Sion 30 minutes.

In summer, there are 310 km of beautiful hiking trails to admire the peaks of over 4000m, countless mountain bike trails, mountain races, Via Ferrata, traditional festivals.

This pretty contemporary style cottage is located in an idyllic place where deer and deer abound. The view of the mythical Weisshorn and the Devils is magnificent.

Ten minutes walk is enough to reach the center of the village. The free seasonal bus or shuttle bus provides easy access to the Grimentz / Zinal ski area.

This chalet has been built with respect for the environment and with natural and noble materials. The structure is made of solid planks, the inner lining of the walls is 20mm thick, the floor on all three levels is covered with 30-year-old Kährs oak flooring. The floors and walls of the bathrooms are in quartzite, the sinks are natural sandstone placed on granite slabs.

Triple glazed windows are wood and comply with Minergie standards. The insulation of the house is in Rockwool, Swiss made with rocks of the Alps. The insulation of the walls is 160mm and the roof 200mm. The reinforced concrete basement is completely isolated from the outside. These choices result in very low energy consumption.
