Chalet "Mahalakshmi" 10 rooms in Nendaz

With its 430 sqm of living area, this splendid 10 room chalet offers breathtaking views of the resort of Nendaz and the Swiss Alps. Located on the "Louèrettes" path, the ski lifts are less than 10 minutes on foot away. While staying away from noise from the resort, the property remains close to amenities.

The chalet enjoys a large plot of more than 1'050 sqm consisting of 354 sqm of garden, 25 sqm of road-path and 136 sqm of forest. This large plot offers some privacy to the property. There is the possibility to park up to 4 cars in front of the chalet.

The chalet was built in 1993 but completely renovated in 2003. The large windows on the north side of the chalet provide lots of light in the living room and offer a spectacular view of the resort of Nendaz and the Swiss Alps. The ground enjoys a large terrace.

In the basement are a relaxation area (Hammam, shower), two master bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and individual access to the outdoor terrace, a child room with bunk beds in old wood and finally a relaxation room.

On the upper floor, we find the first living room with wood stove, wine fridge and access to the terrace. There is also the dining room, an open kitchen and a second living room with natural stone fireplace and finally a third living room with a library and access to the terrace. Upstairs, there is an additional master bedroom with private bathroom and a dressing room.
