With its 145 sqm of living space, this beautiful chalet of 5.5 rooms is located 2 minutes by car from the resort center of Nendaz and ski lifts of the largest ski area in Switzerland, the "4 Valleys". In less than 20 minutes on foot, you have access to the funicular located next to the lifts and serving the "place des écluses", which is composed of many amenities (bars, restaurants, shops, etc ...). The SPA of the hotel complex "Mer de Glace" is also located on this "place des écluses".

North-oriented, it enjoys a panoramic view of the Swiss Alps. Its large terrace located southwest of the property enjoys a good sunshine throughout the year. Being located a little behind the station, the area is very quiet and avoids any noise that may come from a busy ski resort. It is therefore very easy to relax in the unique silence and tranquility of the Alps.

With its large windows, the living room enjoys an exceptional view and a favorable brightness. The fireplace area offers the cozy atmosphere of mountain properties. The living room also has underfloor heating. The open kitchen is communicating with the living-dining room, giving a spacious and bright main room.
