At the end of a private road, sheltered from transit traffic, you can fully enjoy its environment in nature away from noise. A large terrace of nearly 30 m2 offers a view of the valley of Derborence, the Rhone Valley and the Bernese Alps.
Below the terrace, a garage box is currently arranged in storage room with wardrobes and recreation room with direct access to the house.

In the downstairs, the accommodation consists of three bedrooms, a bathroom, a separate shower and a small with washing machine and water heater. On the floor, you accomodate a recently renovated and well arranged kitchen giving on a big living room with closed chimney, a corner to eat, an exit on the balcony and the terrace. Under the roof, a galetas allows you to lock your personal belongings in case of rental.

At the back and on the sides of the house, you will find a corner of greenery and in front of places for cars. The chalet has been regularly maintained but a discount update could give it a more modern look.
