Old raccard turned into a cozy nest.

On the ground floor, behaves a reduced pantry with a freezer, a kitchen arranged, open on the living room and a dining room. Upstairs are two bedrooms and a modern bathroom.

Outside, many storage spaces are available including a private parking place nearby and a passage of less than 50 steps, slightly sloping. Everything is close to the station and the shuttle bus, this chalet is in very good state of maintenance.

Originally a stable for horses owned by a family of Nendaz, this raccard was transformed in 1970 by a local architect in a mazot livable. In 1983, it was purchased by the current owners as a family cottage for the holidays.

It was expanded in 1985 by adding a hard part, while retaining the cachet of old raccard.

In 1988, the outdoor facilities were judiciously redone, which allows to have many seats to enjoy the best of the garden and of course also the beautiful panoramic view including the glacier of the Diablerets, Veysonnaz through the ears of Leuk .
