This chalet is part of the hamlet of Rindouets on the 4 Vallées area and offers you a magnificent panorama of the Dent-Blanche, the Matterhorn and the Val des Dix.

The hamlet is made up of 7 individual private chalets assigned to qualified tourist accommodation.
It also benefits from a reception structure, a private access road and parking spaces (1 per chalet) located along the municipal road.

The chalet "Bishorn" has an adjoining additional parking space.

When the chalet is not occupied by the owners, it is rented out through an operating company.
Both tenants and owners can benefit from a whole range of services (cleaning, laundry, transport, catering, etc.).
The law allows the owner to occupy his chalet for 3 weeks in high season.
From a legal point of view, however, the notion of high season is not defined and professionals therefore define high season as Christmas week, New Year's week and the 2 weeks of February.
The owner can occupy his chalet as he wishes all the rest of the year, in low season.
When the owner, his family or his friends do not occupy the chalet, he must try to rent it (without obligation of success).











Hérémence

This village clinging to the side of the Dixence valley, at an altitude of 1230 meters, combines traditional authenticity with the modernity of its latest constructions.
At the bottom of the valley stands the impressive Grande-Dixence dam.
Hérémence is a large municipality in the district of Hérens, with an area of 10,777 ha, stretching over nearly 40 km in length. It almost reaches the Italian border to the south and affects 5 neighboring municipalities: Vex, Nendaz, Bagnes, Evolène and Saint-Martin. The lowest point of its territory is located at 690 m on the edge of the Borgne and the highest at 3870 m at the top of Mont-Blanc de Cheilon.

The masses

Les Masses is a tourist resort of medium altitude (1600m) linked to the other levels.
This is the gateway to the 4 Vallées ski area.
The 4 Vallées ski area is the largest entirely Swiss ski area and connects the resorts of Thyon, Veysonnaz, Nendaz, La Tzoumaz and Verbier. A paradise for skiing, snowboarding and other winter sports in Valais!
The 4 Vallées area offers 92 cable installations (ski lifts, chair lifts, gondolas, funitels and cable cars combined) and the famous Piste de l'Ours as well as 412 km of slopes and ski routes, of which almost 200 km are of medium difficulty to very difficult. The Mont-Fort, located in the center of the domain, rises to an altitude of 3,330 meters and offers a view of peaks such as the Matterhorn, the Grand Combin and the Mont Blanc.
