Hohtenn, also known as Hote in Valais German, is a picturesque village in Upper Valais and belongs to the municipality of Steg-Hohtenn in the Westlich Raron district in the German-speaking part of the canton of Valais in Switzerland. Just a few hundred meters east of the town center rises the impressive Luogelkin viaduct, which gives the village an additional spectacular touch. The village itself impresses with its charming, traditional architectural style, with old wooden houses and well-kept gardens that characterize the townscape.
