State of the building:
Old part:
Mixed construction, stone masonry walls and massive planks, slate roof of the country dating from the late nineteenth century and completely renovated in 1967-1968.
New part:
Massive construction, masonry walls with insulation and lining, reinforced concrete slabs with insulated copings, fir structure, eternity cover. This building was erected in 1967-1968.
Heating:
Oil central heating with hot water production throughout the building.

Val d'Hérens is one of the most beautiful valleys in the region. The neighboring village of Evolène was named in 2012 the most beautiful village in Switzerland. In the area there are two small ski areas. (Arolla and Evolène). Les Haudères is located 30 minutes from Sion and the large ski area "4 Valleys" which include Verbier, La Tzoumaz, Nendaz, Thyon / Les Collons.
