Located in the central Valais, Ovronnaz is a mountain tourist destination located in the town of Leytron. The chalet is located at the entrance of the resort.

Built on a plot of 1'127m2, the building is composed of two levels.

The ground floor hosts a spacious studio with independent entrance. It consists of a good size night area, a kitchenette, a large bathroom with toilet and bath and an elongated private entrance hall.
This level is completed by a laundry, a carnotzet with adjoining cellar.

The floor has kitchen open to the dining area, a living room giving access to the east facing balcony and a master bedroom. A large bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet and an independent office completely complements the level. Little more, a rooftop dormitory can accommodate visitors.

The chalet also benefits from a spacious terrace with a covered Jacuzzi, a fully equipped wooden shed and a small body of water.

On the west side of the property, adjacent to the cottage, is a depot and a workshop with a shelter for light vehicles (Quad). A reduced, a well of spring water with cistern as well as two garages box favorably decorate this property.
