Semi-detached 4.5 room chalet with barbecue area.

Between the baths, the ski slopes and the shopping center of the resort, this semi-detached chalet is very well located in the village.

In good condition, never rented, it is habitable, as is, immediately. In the rooms we have carpet and tiling in the rooms. This accommodation consists of a living room and a kitchen arranged with a dishwasher, a wood stove, a garage for one car and a second for two cars and a cellar-laundry.

The entrance can be done by one of the garages or the stairs leading to the barbecue area. On the floor, you accomodate a living room / dining room with a terrace, an opened kitchen and a WC visitor. On the upper floor there are two bedrooms with balcony and another in the back and a shower room. Oriented afternoon sun, the balconies offer a view of the resort and the Alps both north and south.

This cottage is located on a common plot for 6 cottages, but each owner is independent in terms of PEP.
