Between the baths, the ski slopes and the resort's shopping center, this adjoining chalet is very well placed in the village.

As of 2014, it has been renovated and withdrawn from rental. In the bedrooms, we have parquet and tiling in the bathrooms and the fitted kitchen with a dishwasher, an individual garage and a cellar-laundry room. It is habitable, as is, immediately.

The entrance is through the garage, upstairs, a living / dining room with a spacious balcony, an open kitchen and guest WC. On the upper floor, there are two bedrooms with balcony and one at the back and a shower room. Oriented towards the afternoon sun, the balconies offer a view of the resort and the Alps both north and south.

This chalet is located on a common plot for 6 chalets, but each owner is independent in terms of the PPE.

Heating by heat pump and wood (fireplace with insert), guarantees advantageous charges.
