The existing building HOHNEGG LODGE, classified as a residential building in the land register, has been expanded three times over the course of time. Originally used as a family residence, it has since been operated as a guest house and in a further phase as a small hotel with 8 rooms and a restaurant. After gutting and dismantling in 2017/2018, the shell is ready for a new revitalization and is now being sold as it is. The current building status is in the ongoing construction phase.
