The "villa Eugénie" is an old bourgeois house from the end of the 19th century, built by the lake, between St-Gingolph and Le Bouveret.
Today constituted as a PPE: the four upper floors, with access from the ground floor, constitute the hotel-restaurant-accommodation part that we sell. In the lower part are two levels of second home, then the beautiful garden by the lake, with a pontoon and 5 private buoys.
