BC IMMO offers you this exclusive cabin built in 2007, ideally located in Les Collons, in the municipality of Vex, both in the heart of nature and close to all amenities, ski slopes, hiking trails, mountain biking as well as all other activities offered by the resort. A quiet family resort with an easy entry to the 4 Valleys.

The chalet has a dominant position on the Val d'Hérens with an open panoramic view of the Bernese and Valais Alps, 4000 peaks including the Matterhorn and the Dent Blanche. It's position East/South/West guarantees sun throughout the day. Its distribution is as follow:

Lower level:

Sleeping area composed of 3 comfortable bedrooms with large built in cupboards. Each bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom and direct access to the lawn terrace. The whirlpool for 7 adults is set up to enjoy the view of the peaks without the disturbance of the neighbourhood. There's a separate entrance to link the whirlpool and the sauna.

A wooden shed is outside, used now as extra storage space.

The technical room and washing machine and dryer lay on this floor too.

Ground floor:

Entrance hall with cloakroom and a toilet. Large bright and open living space with a fully equiped kitchen, dinning area and living room set by the fireplace. A beautiful cathedral ceiling and chandelier enhance the warmth and cosy atmosphere. French windows to access the terrace and an open barbeque fireplace near the outdoor sitting area.

Top floor:

Master bedroom, en-suite bathroom with a whirlpool bathtub.

Mezzanine open on the living room and fireplace with an office corner and tv area.

Balcony accessible from the bedroom and tv area.

Outdoor :

Large wooden terrace with open barbeque fireplace and a dining area facing the peaks on the east and south of the chalet. Stone walkway and lawn are on the west side.

Stone blocks make a stairway to the parking.

The chalet is up kept to the best standard and various renovations transformed it to an exclusive interior. It is very well appreciated by guests and is successfully rented out all year around.
