Troistorrents is a Swiss municipality in the canton of Valais, located in the district of Monthey. It occupies part of the Val d'Illiez and most of the Val de Morgins. Troistorrents, the capital village, is located at an altitude of 765 m. You can get there by road or by taking the AOMC train from Monthey station.
Troistorrents presents several interesting tourist sites. The bread ovens of Collaire (1610) and Propéraz (1663), the site of the Vieux Moulins de la Tine3, the Sainte-Marie-Madeleine church, built in 1702, the footpath of the Pont du Diable which links the village of Troistorrents in Chenarlier, a hamlet on the right bank of the Vièze, and the Chapel of Chemex dedicated to the Three Kings (classified as a Valais cultural asset). The village of Morgins (1350 m), a winter sports resort, is part of the international domain ski area of the Portes du Soleil.
