This splendid chalet / hotel can accommodate up to 13 people, very well located in the heart of the ski resort La Tzoumaz (the town of Riddes) which is two minutes from the cable cars.

The La Tzoumaz gondola takes you to the top of the Savoleyres in about 8 minutes, from there you can decide to ski the quiet slopes of La Tzoumaz or ski the legendary slopes of Verbier and its off-piste possibilities of world class in the large 4 Valleys.

This chalet maintained regularly, until the year 2019 was operated as a hotel restaurant bar, it offers its distribution as follows:

They are warm, comfortable and perfect for relaxing after a long day on the slopes. There is a double bedroom, a triple bedroom and two further bedrooms which can accommodate up to 4 people in double and single beds.

The advantage of this property is that it is divided into PPE in 5 parts, therefore:

- There is a possibility of keeping the assignment of operating it as a hotel restaurant by converting the first floor completely into bedrooms, if we decide to expand.

- Separate by lot: that means selling or renting the restaurant, converting the third floor into an apartment of 4.5 rooms to have one house per floor.
