CHARMING TRADITIONAL CHALET IN VEYZONNAZ CLOSE TO ALL AMENITIES

This Valais chalet from 1988 with approximately 185 m² of living space, on a plot of 438 m² is located in a ski resort in the town of Veysonnaz. This chalet is very well located with an incredible view of the entire valley. You can access the ski lifts and the village shops on foot.

This chalet consists, upstairs, of an entrance hall with WC and shower, a large living/dining room with parquet flooring with fireplace (cassette), separate kitchen and access to the balcony which surrounds the chalet. Upstairs, three bedrooms and a bathroom with bathtub, sink and toilet. A small balcony leads to the bathroom. The attic serves as an attic.

The ground floor of the chalet consists of a 3.5 room apartment with garden. A pleasant living room with fireplace to relax in winter and access to the garden. The kitchen also offers access to the garden. It is composed of an oven, electric hob and dishwasher.

The chalet is heated by electricity and a fireplace on each floor serves as an extra.

Access to the chalet in summer is by car.

In winter, the ideal is to go to the chalet on foot (5 minutes from the road). Snow removal is expected for the winter.
