The Val d'Anniviers with its 220 km of ski slopes - often described as the most beautiful valley in the Valais Alps, situated between the Matterhorn and Verbier - enjoys the longest ski seasons and the best sunshine in the region.

In the summer, there are 320 km of magnificent hiking trails to explore admiring the peaks of over 4000m, mountain bike trails, swimming pools, spas, paragliding, bungy jumping, via ferrata and numerous restaurants serving the much praised typical alpine cuisine.

Vissoie is a 800 year old medieval village, beautifully preserved with a beautiful fortified tower and a picturesque center and narrow pedestrian streets. It is located in the center of the Val d'Anniviers and is at the crossroads of all the resorts in the valley. A few minutes by car or bus are enough to reach one of the magnificent ski areas of the Val d'Anniviers . The shops, restaurants, banks and bus stops are just a few metres away.  The view is spectacular: snow-capped peaks, forests, villages of Mayoux and Saint-Jean, the Navizence River.

The chalet: Ancient old wood chalet renovated in 1985 on four levels, it is located in the heart of the old village and exsudes the authentic charm of the Val d'Anniviers.
