Chalets are being built as second homes in an excellent location on the Lauchernalp. There are 10 different plots available for your dream holiday chalet, which can be selected according to your preferences. The chalets all have the status of second homes and can also be purchased by foreigners.

There are two different options available for the new construction of the chalet. The plans serve as the basis for your holiday chalet according to your needs. Adjustments and changes to the floor plan can be submitted to the client.

Can be sold as a holiday home (second home). Can be sold to non-Swiss residents (people residing abroad).

Room program holiday chalet house C:

The ground floor of the chalet consists of 4 spacious rooms and 2 wet rooms including a shower. An elegant wooden spiral staircase leads to the light-flooded living floor, in which the spacious kitchen and living room stand out. From both the kitchen and the living room you have direct access to the balcony and can admire the majestic mountain peaks of the Lötschental. There is also a practical storage room and a day toilet on this floor. Another spiral staircase takes you to the large attic, where the huge master bedroom with large panoramic windows is located. A practical walk-in closet is also provided, but can also be used as storage space. There is also direct balcony access. This floor is rounded off by the master bathroom, where you can relax after a day of skiing or hiking.

The house has a gross living area of around 196 m² - the plans can be adapted to your ideas and needs.

The sales price for the exclusive chalet amounts to CHF 1,200,000.

Room program holiday chalet house D:

On the ground floor of the holiday home there are two spacious bedrooms, a bathroom with a walk-in shower and the utility room. The elegant spiral staircase made of real wood takes you to the attractive and spacious living floor, where you can access the balcony directly from both the kitchen and the living room. You can enjoy the fantastic view of the mountain peaks here with a good glass of Valais wine. This floor is rounded off by the entrance area with an adjoining storage room. The further staircase takes you to the light-flooded attic, which includes a dressing room and a large bathroom. You also have another balcony at your disposal, which can only be reached from this floor.

The house has a gross living area of around 160 m² - the plans can be adapted to your ideas and needs.

The sales price for the exclusive chalet is CHF 980,000.



Building land plots:

You can choose between 10 different building plots as per the attached overview. The sizes of the plots are between 250 - 300 m². The price per m² is CHF 260.00
