Zeneggen is in Upper Valais on a sunny viewing platform - above the Rhone and Visp valley at the foot of the Moosalp - in the midst of an imposing high mountain landscape. In the north it borders directly on the Jungfrau-Aletsch-Bietschhorn area, which is a UNESCO World Heritage Site, in the south on the highest peaks of the Valais Alps. The single-family house Monja is located at the entrance to the village of Zeneggen, a few minutes' walk from the village center. The location is very sunny and quiet, the view is fantastic and unobstructed. The post bus stop is in the immediate vicinity.
Zeneggen has one of the most valuable near-natural cultural landscapes in Switzerland. The structurally diverse terrain of extensively used rough meadows and fields, in addition to dry steppes, forest edges and rocky zones at different altitudes and exposures, is home to numerous endangered animal and plant species: the biodiversity of songbirds, butterflies and alpine flowers is particularly worth mentioning. The numerous wooden barns or granaries, dry stone walls and suonen (historical irrigation systems) are essential elements of this traditional cultural landscape.
Zeneggen has a modern village infrastructure with a kindergarten, primary school, multi-purpose hall and connection to public transport. Tennis courts, playground and barbecue area enrich the extensive possibilities in summer (hiking, Nordic walking, mountain biking) as well as in winter (winter hiking, snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, sledging) for sport and relaxation in the midst of intact nature.

The beautiful family house is located in the Niwwi Matte area, a few minutes' walk from the center of the village of Zeneggen. The location is very quiet and unobstructed. It offers a fantastic view of the Valais Alps and the Mischabel group. The post bus stop is in the immediate vicinity.

The house is in excellent condition, the living space is divided over 3 floors. A very beautiful and well-kept garden, designed with a lot of love and creativity, rounds off the whole thing.

From the entrance in the basement there is direct access to the adjacent large garage. On this floor there is also a large hobby room, country cellar, technical room and laundry room as well as a sauna with shower / toilet.
