Situated at the southern end of the Val d'Anniviers and its 220 km of pistes, in a fabulous site in the heart of the Imperial Crown, Zinal is one of the most picturesque villages, breathing the authentic charm of the Annivier villages. It benefits from the spectacular ski area of Grimentz-Zinal (120 km of slopes culminating at 2900 metres). A few minutes by car are enough to reach one of the other resorts in the valley: Grimentz, Saint-Luc, Chandolin and Vercorin. Sierre is 30 minutes away and Sion 40 minutes.

In summer, the valley offers countless activities such as hiking (320 km of trails!), 120 km of mountain bike trails, the Via Ferrata, mountaineering (many famous routes), paragliding, communal swimming pools, wellness..., while admiring the snowy peaks. The many excellent restaurants in the valley will delight the most demanding palates.

Situation :

The plot, with a surface area of 7253 m2, is located on the heights of the village and enjoys the best view of Zinal, the Plats de la Lée, the ski area and the splendid surrounding peaks. Deer, chamois, marmots and birds of prey are at home here.
