Surrounded by vineyards, the mountains as a backdrop, in the charm and atmosphere of a well-known historic district, what a lovely setting for our village house, adjoining at the end.

Built a long time ago, in 1892 more precisely, it was completely renovated in 1978; although it is no longer young, it has been very well preserved until now and we can recognize there, the work of yesteryear with solid walls and framework. Of course, some basic maintenance work has been undertaken over time, such as the boiler which was changed in 2011.
Today, even if an update is more than profitable, our beautiful house is quite viable as it is, as long as you quickly undertake a small renovation in the bathroom and replace a few. roof tiles.
