We are mandated by several members of a family, to search for their own account, a last rental property to acquire.
Being the benefit of a search warrant, we do not seek fees from the seller.

- TYPE OF OBJECTS: Residential rental buildings, welcome character architecture;
several apartments sold en bloc IN THE SAME EPP are also sought after
- GEOGRAPHICAL SITUATION: Main agglomerations of the Cantons of Vaud Fribourg, and Geneva,
- AGE AND WORK: Recent buildings or in good condition, no heavy work to be planned,
- ENVIRONMENT: Without major nuisance,
- AMENITIES: Ideally, public transport accessible in less than 15 min. Steps,
- GROSS YIELD: Depending on location, assignment and state of maintenance,
- BUDGET: up to CHF 3.5 million
