Montreux-Vevey 30 minutes and the shores of Lake Geneva 20 minutes.
In winter, the ViIlars-Gryon-Diablerets-Glacier 3000 ski area offers 125 km of pistes between 1'300 and 3'000 m above sea level. In summer, all the magic of the Alps with summer colors reappears. Flowering pastures, lightened summits, filled rivers and enchanted forests
animate the desire to share privileged moments and to live nature in all its pleasures.
More than 300 km of hiking trails and 50 km of mountain bike trails allow you to discover an enchanting landscape and untouched nature, with 3 lakes of altitude. An 18-hole golf course located 1'600m above sea level makes it possible to play against Mont-Blanc. Ice rink, tennis, mini-golf, miniature train and paragliding are just some of the other activities that will delight children and adults alike.
The building located in the heart of the resort, on a plot of 201 m2, enjoys a location particularly conducive to commercial activity. In addition, six private parking spaces in front of the building as well as many public park places are in close proximity.
