Located in Gros-de-Vaud at an altitude of 550 m, farm with land of 44,815 m2 in agricultural zone (subject to LDFR) 15,000 m2 adjoining rented. The living area of 190 m2 has been tastefully renovated using quality materials thus keeping the character of the place.
The rural part includes a barn and its stable in the same volume of the farm.
A separate building on 2 levels houses a stable (boxes and stalls) as well as a barn.
The accommodation capacity is currently 5 donkeys (they will remain residents of the place) and 1 stall for 2 horses, 1 stall for 3 horses, 1 boxing for small horse (140 cm) and 1 boxing for 1 shetland.
Horses must measure a maximum of 165 cm at the withers.
The stables with independent outlets provide access to the parks arranged in a star.
