In the district of Gruyère, near the cities of Friborg and Bulle, the OGOZ park is located in Le Bry, commune of Pont-en-Ogoz on the edge of the A12 motorway and very easily accessible by the Rossens exit. . The site enjoys a strategic location with good visibility from the highway.
This project to be built is made up of 33 boxes intended for industrial, craft, service and administrative activities. The boxes are all 8m high and have a surface area ranging from 123m² to approximately 152m² and it is possible to combine several boxes. They all have a 3.5mx 4m sectional door. The interior layout consists of a mezzanine area.
Each box benefits from at least one outdoor parking space to be purchased in addition at the price of CHF 12,000.00.
Construction has begun and delivery is scheduled for fall 2024.
