Construction and general description
Built in the early 18th century, this old farmhouse has an architectural note of 3.

The property is divided into two living areas (apartment and independent pavilion for about 250 m²) on one hand and professional area (manufacture, workshop, outbuildings, .. about 700 m²) on the other.

It has been completely renovated in 2 phases. From 2002 to 2004, the lower floor was converted and various repairs were completed, including the renovation of the pavilion. From 2008 to 2009, the upper and first floor floors also underwent major renovations and an extension (the east wing) was built.

The living areas, beautifully renovated, are divided into an apartment of 4.5 rooms for approx. 180 sqm and a small detached house, the pavilion, for approx. 70 m².

The majority of the farm and its annex, planned at the base for a watchmaking activity, whose spaces represent approx. 700 m², are distributed as follows:

This magnificent jewel case has been renovated with respect for tradition and materials but is also at the forefront of technology to be ultra-efficient. In November 2018, this tradition and modernity reflected in this exceptional property, unique to the entire region, earned the city the honor of appearing in a section of the famous "New York Times", under the coveted title of "A swiss town designed for the glory of time" translated by "A Swiss city designed to the glory of time".
