Commercial building in the center of La Chaux-de-Fonds
Registered with Le Locle as a UNESCO world heritage site, La Chaux-de-Fonds is the first industrial city of the canton. Thanks to a cultural tradition that still lingers, in the 19th century, the city became the watchmaking capital of the world. Today, the basis of the regional economy with very high added value is based on the watchmaking tradition and its developments, such as microtechnology.
Located at 1000m altitude, the town of La Chaux-de-Fonds has about 37'500 inhabitants. It benefits from numerous retail shops and several major shopping centers as well as primary, secondary and higher schools (CIFOM, Lycée Jean-Piaget, HEP). It is accessible by motorway, rail and air (Eplatures regional airport).
This building of refined and elegant architecture is perfectly located to the south-west of the city on the axis La Chaux-de-Fonds - Le Locle thus enjoying good visibility. Its location also allows you to be in a few minutes at the Eplatures aerodrome. It also has a public transport stop nearby.

- an administrative part built in 1919 on two floors is currently composed of an entrance hall / reception, a cafeteria of a reception room, 7 offices (openspaces) of different sizes, 4 closed offices and a toilet .
