Administrative and commercial building
General
Built between 1919 and 1921, this historic building which once housed the palace of the SBS (Société de Banques Suisses), evokes the patrician architecture of Neuchâtel. It is thus evaluated in note 1 in the architectural census and faces the Hôtel-de-Ville de la Mère Commune.
In good general condition, the building made of bush-hammered stones with bosses, also features beautiful ironwork, in particular the window grilles on the ground floor, the handrails and other barriers.
Perfectly located in the center-east of the city, it rises on 4 levels plus the basement and has a small garden with trees and vegetation to the south-west.
The 4 commercial premises that compose it are all rented and each have equipped kitchens and bathrooms. The basement is occupied by technical rooms and a storage room.
