Construction and general description
This vast industrial building located on a plot of 5'046 m² and built in "L" offers more than 3'173 m² of heated floor space. A first part was built in 1964, followed in the 1980s by an expansion of once the existing total area. The set is in good general condition. The interior of the complex has a number of partition walls easily modular or removable to redefine the space.

The historic building has 2 different entrances-sas with armored glazing on the ground floor. This first level includes many offices and storage areas as well as a large and bright workshop covered with a glass roof and equipped with a pneumatic distribution. A hoist, ending in the second part of the building, could easily be put back into operation. The sanitary rooms as well as the technical parts (boiler room, ventilated data center and electrical room) supply the entire site. Individual meters have been provided for if part of the surface is rented.
A staircase or elevator leads to the first floor where a wide corridor serves more than 10 separate spaces (offices and conference rooms) easily adjustable. An emergency exit with external staircase would allow if necessary, the creation of an independent entrance.

The most recent industrial part, separated from the first building by a partition, covers a vast area of 797 m². Also overlooked by a large glass roof, this light workshop has at its end, an unloading dock. An exterior layout has been specially designed to facilitate access to heavy goods vehicles. An elevator and a staircase allow to descend into the generous surface of the basement. This level also includes the sanitary rooms, a cafeteria, reduced and a technical room, ideal for a compressor, equipped with ventilation where the heat emitted by the machinery is distributed in the workshop above.
An unloading ramp, more than 8 m high, allows direct access. The secure outdoor depot area allows for deliveries outside business hours.

The building supports a floor load adapted to all industries and is flexible depending on the activity. Required in some areas, a waste oil or other waste oil pit is dug in the northwest corner of the building.

An outdoor parking of 80 places, partially cleared by the municipality, completes the offer.

Place
Le Locle is a town and commune of the canton of Neuchâtel, located in the district of Le Locle of which it is the chief town. With its neighbor La Chaux-de-Fonds, it is a UNESCO World Heritage Site for its "watchmaking urbanism".

Located 945m above sea level in the Neuchâtel Jura, the city is bordering and bordering Villers-le-Lac (France).
