This large and magnificent commercial hall is located in the Falcon Islands, in the industrial zone of Sierre. It is located in a quiet and very practical environment, since it is close to the Sierre-Est motorway exit, and therefore remains easily accessible without traffic jams.

The original hall dates from 1981. It was enlarged for the first time and completely renovated in the 1990s. A second new hall was added to the first. The latter was completed in 2017. She took the opportunity to bring together the two entities and create a single entity to achieve complete homogeneity.

Thanks to this new construction of very good quality and an excellent heating system (solar panel heat pumps), heating costs remain very attractive. In addition, this heater is equipped with a cooling system, very popular in summer.

This complete building offers a total surface area of 2126 m2 on 3 levels.
