ZONA RESIDENTIAL SPECIAL (R2S)
Le costruzioni devono, di regola, essere destinate alla residenza.
Per the edificazione valgono le seguenti disposizioni:
- Il volume deve essere riferito ai volumi predominanti delle costruzioni del nucleo
- Per il tipo ei materiali del tetto, i materiali delle facciate ed i tinteggi, nonché la tipologia ed i
Materiali delle aperture, fanno le disposizioni della zona nucleo(PRP)
- La contiguità non è ammessa
- Per i posteggi in zone R2S valgono le disposizioni dell'art. 50 NAPR.
- Alla zona è attribute to the grado di sensibilità II al rumor
- Minimum distance from confine: 4 m
- Minimum distance from Bosco: 10 m
- Il terreno non occupato dalle costruzioni, principali ed accessorie
deve essere di regola sistemato a verde
- Solo residenza primaria

Special Residential Zone (R2S)
The buildings usually have to be used for residential purposes.
The following building regulations apply:
- The construction volume must be adapted to the existing building volume of the village center, «Nucleo».
- The type and material of the roof, the materials of the facade as well as the paint and the openings are determined
according to the regulations of the village center.
- For parking spaces in the R2S zone, the provisions of Art. 50 NAPR apply. The zone will open
Noise sensitivity level II traded.
- The minimum distance from the border is: 4 m
- The minimum distance from the forest: 10 m
- The areas not occupied by the main or ancillary buildings must generally be greened.
- Only primary residence applies.
