The total surface area of the plot is 2,253 m2, however it will be encumbered by a right of use of approximately 1,583 m2 in favour of the neighbour. The exclusive use area will be approximately 670 m2.

The plot is located in a building zone, designated as chalet zone D, according to the communal development plan E.C.V.A (Ecovets-Chesières-Villars-Arveyes) in force, as well as in a very low-density residential zone 15 - LAT - A, according to the future PACOM (Communal Development Plan). All construction is subject to these two regulations.

Here are some of the rules of the two building regulations:

The zone is intended for individual or collective housing, commerce and crafts.
The distance between the facades and the neighbouring property line is a minimum of 8 m.
