The development of the multi-family house is through the Margrethenweg and is located in the middle of a quiet single and multi-family housing estate. The streets are also little frequented. Shops and schools are within walking distance.

The bus stop is in the immediate vicinity. The bus will take you to Döttingen station in 5 minutes, where you will find connections to Koblenz, Baden and Zurich.

If the contract is concluded by the end of February 2019, the future tenant will receive two months rent free time.
