• Bathroom with toilet, washbasin, mirror cabinet and bathtub
• Cozy balcony that invites you to linger
• Shared laundry room and drying room

Pet are allowed.

If necessary, a parking space can be rented for CHF 110.00 per month.

Surroundings:

• Athletes can let off steam on the numerous hiking and cycling trails or in the Badi Entfelden, while the creative ones will definitely find the right thing in the offerings of the various clubs
• Shopping fans can reach the city of Aarau in just nine minutes with the S14.
• Schools and shops are in the immediate vicinity. - The next tram station "Uerkenbrücke" can be reached in 5 minutes on foot.
