A cellar compartment belongs to the apartment. A laundry room is available for you to use.

The tram / bus stop as well as the various shops can be found across the street or within a few minutes' walk in the center of the village.

The city center of Basel is 10 minutes away by tram. The motorway can be reached in 2 minutes by car.

The contractual relationship is concluded for a limited period up to 30.09.2022 at the latest. The tenant can, however, give 3 months notice to the end of each month except December.
