The 4-storey house with lift is located in a quiet and central location below the beautiful old town of Bern. The bus is within easy walking distance. Also various shops are nearby. The proximity to the Aare or the rose garden serve as recreational areas.

We rent a 1-room apartment by 1 December 2019 or by agreement until 31 October 2020 with the following equipment:

- Bathroom and kitchen furnished appropriately
- room with parquet floor
- Corridor with closets
- no balcony
- cellar compartment
