Please note that there will be no renovations due to the planned new construction project in 2020. The apartment is in its present condition for a limited period. The photos belong to a different object, but the layout and floor plan are similar.

The public transport (bus stop Thomasweg) can be reached in a few minutes, an attractive range of shopping can be found in the center core.
