The three-story house is located in a child-friendly location, close to public transport and various shops.

As of August 1st, 2020 we rent this cozy 3 1/2 room apartment on the 3rd floor:

- Semi-open, modern kitchen
- Bright bathroom with a bathtub
- Parquet and linoleum floors
- Practical built-in cupboards
- Sunny balcony
- Spacious cellar and screed compartment

If required, an outside parking space can be rented for CHF 50 per month or a parking space for CHF 120 per month.

Please note that the lease will be limited until November 2021 due to the ongoing new construction project. The object is to be taken over in its current state. The photos are sample photos.
