On request, an outside parking space for CHF 50 per month, a parking space for CHF 120 per month or a single garage for CHF 150 per month can be rented.

Please note that there will be no renovations due to the planned new construction project in 2020. The apartment is in its present condition for a limited period. The photos belong to a different object, but the layout and floor plan are similar.

The public transport (bus stop Thomasweg) can be reached in a few minutes, an attractive range of shopping can be found in the center core.
