A studio of about twenty square meters located in the city center of Friborg in the quiet district of Bourg is rented for a short or medium. It can be furnished or not depending on the choice of the tenant.

The studio is organized as follows:
- entrance hall with kitchen equipped with a stove with 4 hotplates and oven, fridge with freezer compartment, storage cupboard;
- bathroom with sink, bidet, toilet bowl and shower.
- a bedroom.
A communal laundry room, subject to charges, is located on the ground floor.
The heating radiators and the water heater are electric.

The following subscriptions can be included in the rental or put in the name of the incoming tenant depending on the rental period:
