As of May 1st, 2021, we are renting a completely renovated 3.5-room apartment on the 2nd floor at Platz 4 in Kerzers.
The kitchen and the bathroom will be completely renovated, the whole apartment will be repainted, all electrical installations will be renewed and the floor coverings in the entire apartment will all be replaced with a new vinyl floor.
The new kitchen has a dishwasher and a large refrigerator as well as enough space for a small dining table.
You have your own washing machine and dryer and the apartment also has a screed compartment. The apartment is currently still under renovation, but we are happy to reserve you for a viewing and as soon as the apartment is completely renovated, we will be happy to contact you.
