The apartment is located in a quiet area but nevertheless close to the train station, the city and Lake Murten.
On foot you can reach everything in 5-10 minutes.

The living room has wooden floors, the bedroom and the two children's rooms have laminate flooring. The kitchen is equipped with a novilon and the bathroom with tiled floor.
In the bathroom, a washing machine can be installed if requested (at the expense of the tenants). Otherwise, the utility room with washing machine, dryer and secomat is located on the ground floor.
On the cozy balcony you have time to relax and have fun.

A garage can be rented additionally for frs 100.00 / month. Outdoor parking spaces can be rented from the building next door for CHF 40.00 / month.
