In a building located on the edge of the Rhône near the city center, a project for the creation of 5 studios on the 4th floor is underway to be delivered at the beginning of 2021.

These furnished studios, with an area of approximately 18 to 22 m2, are equipped with a kitchenette and a shower room with individual WC.
They enjoy a magnificent view of the Rhône and the Forces motrices building as well as a beautiful light.
