As of February 1st, 2022 or by arrangement, we will rent this 3-room apartment in a quiet location at Geissmattstrasse 64, Lucerne. The apartment has the following amenities:

- Living room and bedroom with parquet floor
- closed kitchen with glass ceramic stove
- Corridor with clay slabs
- Bath / WC
- balcony
- no elevator

Geissmattstrasse is located near the cantonal hospital - so the city center can be reached in a very short time by public transport. Shops are also not far from the property.

We are currently unable to offer you any parking spaces.
