- Washing machine and tumble dryer in the apartment

We are currently unable to offer a parking space.

In addition, various useful information, operating instructions, etc. about the residential property is available to you via the service app and services such as apartment or window cleaning service, shirt service or repair service can be booked conveniently and quickly via the digital platform.

Shops, bus stop and childcare are in the immediate vicinity.

If you conclude a rental contract with a minimum term of one year, we will give you the first net rent for free. However, the obligation to pay the agreed payment on account for the ancillary costs begins at the time the rental begins.
