The house Waldstätten is located above the village center, in a very quiet location with a fantastic view of the lake and the mountain panorama. The originally designed as a hotel object is located at the end of a private road.

Room:
All apartments are completely renovated and rented newly furnished (on spring 2019). The bright apartments and the well-established furnishings create a pleasant ambience.

The pictures are sample photos of an already furnished room. The floor plan of all available objects can therefore vary a bit. Furnishing and materialization is the same for all apartments.

Prices
The prices of the 2-room apartments (from around 40m2) vary between CHF 1600 .- / month - CHF 1950 .- / month.

Parking spot:
If required, parking spaces can be rented for CHF 50.- / month.
